Adv. Eldar Sivan, the firm’s Founder and Managing Partner, holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from the Technion. In addition to his legal experience, Adv. Sivan held various senior management roles, including VP and CEO in various companies. He also serves as a Member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Israeli Bar Association.

Adv. Sivan specializes in civil-commercial law, with an extensive focus on business law, intellectual property, and hi-tech.
