Adv. Eldar Sivan, the firm’s Founder and Managing Partner, holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology. In addition to his legal experience, Adv. Sivan held a range of senior management roles, including as VP and CEO in various hi-tech, electronics and industrial companies. He also serves as a Member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Israeli Bar Association.
Adv. Kobi (Yaakov) Evrian, Co-Founder of the firm, holds a law degree (LLB) and a BA in Economics from Bar Ilan University, and is a Member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2006.
Adv Ram Ben-Shabetai, a Co-Founder in the firm, specializes in commercial, corporate, administrative, labor and tender laws, as well as appearing in courts. He is a Member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2001, and holds an MBA in Business Administration, Finance and Capital Markets Major from Manchester University.
